We are delighted that full planning permission was unanimously granted by Southwark Council for the comprehensive redevelopment of Skipton House at Elephant and Castle.
The proposals include extensive public realm enhancements that contribute to the sites strategic location within the wider Elephant and Castle town centre proposals. Drawing inspiration from the rich history of the area, particularly its connection to street performances and the Elephant Theatre, the landscape design proposals have been developed to create a vibrant public space which facilitates and supports community activity.
