St George’s House East in Wimbledon town centre has been approved by London Borough of Merton. We worked closely with Aukett Swanke, on behalf of M&G Real Estate and Bell Hammer, to deliver new highly sustainable Grade A office space with ground floor retail. Through a highly collaborative process, we created an enhanced public realm with improved pedestrian connections and places to dwell. Planted amenity terraces support the social life of the building and the health and well-being of the occupants. Opposite Wimbledon Station it forms one of the first phases in delivering LB Merton’s wider Future Wimbledon Vision.
