Turkington Martin have been appointed to develop proposals for the regeneration of Merstham Recreation Ground and surrounding green spaces. The project will include new play and youth spaces, upgrades to sports provision as well as looking to enhance the sites relationship with adjacent water courses. Community engagement and feedback will be central to the development of any proposals, creating a local park for local people.
