After a very busy year working on some great projects with great clients and collaborators, it's fantastic to take a step back and reflect on the success of another of our park projects, Merstham Recreation.
After completion in April 2025, we revisited the site this year to find it looking even more fantastic. Clearly loved and appreciated by the local community, the play area, parkour and ball courts were all bursting with activity.
The swales and new woodland pockets have established well and help frame the new circular walking and running route and the works to the water course improve this important habitat as a wildlife haven.
The scheme was developed through extensive community consultation and engagement and its fantastic to now see the same community benefitting from the improvements that they helped shape.
