We were proud to have been involved in the Thamesmead, ‘Designers and Makers’ week as part of our social value commitment to the Southmere Village regeneration project for Peabody.
Working with ‘Beyond the Box’, specialists in creative community engagement and co-design, we led a day-long workshop with a group of young people from the neighbourhood, focussing on the public realm. We offered insight into the landscape architecture profession and guided them through a design process which looked at ideas for interventions within the new lakeside civic square, to encourage activation and animation.
