New Street Square

New urban space, close to Holborn Circus, which forms the heart of a group of office buildings which accommodates some 9,000 occupants. The square provides a front door for the offices and a setting for ground floor shops and restaurants. The space is surfaced in Irish limestone with bespoke sculptural seating and groups of American Oak trees.

The nature of the routes which connect the square to the surrounding streets is informed by the network of medieval lanes which characterise the Fleet Street Conservation Area.
