Hailsham Aspires

The project involves the development of a comprehensive masterplan which supports the council’s ambition to transform the centre of this historic market town. The regeneration strategy, branded as Hailsham Aspires, extends and connects the High Street to a new civic and cultural quarter with new offices for the council alongside improved retail space, a leisure centre and significant new housing. The masterplan creates a strong green connection between the town centre and the countryside through a new urban park and generously planted streets.
