Faircharm Creative Quarter

This mixed-use development provides new homes and flexible studio space accommodated in a complex of restored warehouses and new residential towers. The development extends the existing street pattern to create new pedestrian-orientated routes which connect the neighbourhood to an extensive open space alongside Deptford Creek. The public realm employs a vocabulary of robust materials, including reclaimed concrete, granite setts and porous gravel surfaces reflecting the industrial heritage of the site.
